I like to know what others think about these seats. Price difference between the two is about $150 and S15 seats are little cleaner compared to 180sx seats.
Price for a pair of 180sx kouki is $400 and $550 for the S15 seats.

Seats will go into my 1993 Coupe.

well the 180sx seats are just s14 seats with a different pattern. unless you want the bragging rights of having 180sx seats, i'd save some cash and find some s14 seats. s15 seats look like they'd support you better.

from what ive heard, even though the 180sx seats look like s14 seats, they actually hold you better and are more comfortable as well. ive never personally sat in one though so i cant tell you

however i have sat inside a car with s15 seats, and they are pretty comfy, but they seem to hold you just the same as s14 seats, maybe a tiny bit better... but they do look badass

i also sat inside an R32 gt-r the same day, and THOSE seats are like buckets

If i were you i would either get s15 or R32 seats. 180sx seats look right in a hatch, but kind of off in a coupe if you ask me. Between the s15 and r32 gt-r seats, the r32's definitely hold you better, but the s15's look nicer (imo) and seem like they would be more comfortable on long trips

Neither seat, if you want function you can buy used Bride or Sparco seats for the same price. If you want braging right's used Bride and Sparco also pwn both. Plus really think about it, you're over paying for stock seats there is no point in that. Just buy S14 seats at the junkyard for $20 and save until you find a good deal on Used Bride or Sparco seats.

SKetchyrollin564 makes a good point, R32 seats are better then either S15 or 180SX seats as well.

imho the 180sx seats look the best. the r32 seats are a little too aggressive for my taste but then again its your car. the s15's just dont look cool.

not sure what your looking for when it comes to what seat will be the best to hold you in place but then again, why buy stock seats if thats your main concern

my original plan was to get Sparco R100 seats. they retail for $299 each so probably i can get it cheaper.
but after searching, most complained about aftermarket seats being too high. everyone seemed
to love the seats but not the seating position. so i decided to stay oem and get something newer and cleaner.

thing is that in my area, there are ZERO 240sx in junk yards. so getting s14 seats for $20 is out of question and
locating one is troublesome too. to find one, i searched and searched and came across pandagarage, but they don't
have pairs in stock as of now. and yesterday i tried vrwheels.com (former rbwheels) and they had 180sx and s15 seats
for sale so thats the ones i'm thinking of buying.

S15 seats. they will update the look of your interior and be very comfy. a friend had one in his s13 a few years ago and it was nice. like others said 180sx seats are a glorified S14 seat. usually s14 seats run you $100-130 on forums. so I'm sure you could find some close to where your located. and unless you really drive your car hard, or just want to look cool running racing buckets don't get them.

I have s15 seats in my dd s14. They're pretty awesome. They hold you in well and are significantly more comfortable than the stock s14 seats. I like the way the modernize the look of the interior as well. Only downside is that they sit a hair higher than stock, so keep that in mind if you're tall.

i agree with sketchyrollin, 180sx seats would look a little "off" in a coupe. s15 seats look good too, so i would go with that.

major reason i'm trying to change out the seats is to update the interior with something cleaner and modern and
i was leaning towards s15 seats because of that reason. also 180sx seat was looking little dirty and worn out too.

tried calling vrwheels but nobody answered. gonna try one more time tomorrow and see if they actually have in
stock and ask about the condition of the seats.

meanwhile.. anyone have clean s14 seats for sale?
