I bought my CenterForce Stage 2 from NOPI.com a few years ago for around $225.00. Some people talk bad about them but I've been happy with it. Holds well without extra pedal pressure. You may check with NICO sponsors like SCO (and use your $10 off NICO member coupon). The Exedy clutches I've been seeing on ebay are oem type that don't offer much holding capacity. I would at least buy a stage 2 type in either dual friction or 3 or 4 puck sprung hub... so that it's there if you upgrade your engine as most of us usually do.

my buddy has had good luck with the XTD clutch from ebay. While he says good things, i have heard other people have not had such good luck with it. I'm running the RPS sport street clutch and love it. Pedal pressure is only slightly more than stock and the clutch itself grabs and holds well. Its $265 at splparts.com teh win

Don't do things half assed. I had my ACT clutch w/ heavyduty pressure plate for 2 years. I drift, drag, and auto cross on weekends. It has not failed me/slipped yet. The clutch is very stiff. When I first had it installed I stalled it pulling out of my shop. If you buy anything less you are waisting your money because what you pay for cheaper clutches over the next 4 years, you can still have the same ACT clutch. It saves in the long run to do it right the first time.
