Chirping noise between 3-5k rpm's

Hi all,Just picked up a 03 red Z today.

However, there is one slight thing that bugs me.

When the car is between 3-5k rpm's it makes a chirping noise, like if it was a loose belt but i dont think it is... Has anyone else ever experienced this before?

I dont think its clutch/transmission related because it happens whether its in gear or not.
