Chips in Paint

What is the best way to fix chips in the paint? Mine are really smallthere is a minor scuff too. They are all down to the primer though.

Just touch up paint?

If I'm taking it to a body shop anyway for an install, can they fix itbetter than I could?

im ordering my deluxe set (60$) next week getting my cars ugly black dots out before winter/snow hits again
