chipping my se-r

i am the owner of an 03 se-r and i bought a chip that hooks into the intake air temperature sensor which i know is part of the massairflow sensor but i don't know which wires specifically go to the IAT can any one help me out

That chip is a lie. Don't install it. It will reduce gas mileage and horsepower simultaneously.

For a better explanation, try searching this forum for "chip" or similar terms. The short version is that it tricks your car into dumping more fuel into the cylinder, which lowers the A/F ratio away from the optimum, thereby reducing power while using extra fuel.

yes welcome to Nico. those chips have been proven crap by a guy on B15 sentra.net he installed it and dyno tested it, It did make his car run rich and gained no power. it will just foul your spark plugs. There is no Chip for B15 sentras. Its a problem with the way the ECU is encrypted. Thats why every one who mods their Sentras go after market management route with the S-AFC or JWT.
