I will be chipping my RB25 ecu next week. I have these RB25 boards available. Email me at [email protected] or call the shop at 973-227-2119. It is finally possible to do this and is a great alternative to the Apexi FC or AEM. Any other questions please contact me.

Thanks. I will be trying to keep this post up to date with some pics and video of the tune. I will be doing the R&D on my car and some other willing customers cars. If Anyone would like to see other things whether is be with the explanation of how the board works or other technical ?s feel free to ask. Again trying to get a quality alternative out there for RB owners at half the cost.

Awesome! Very interested in seeing this work out. I'll be selling the RB20 hatch shortly and have a 25 that's going into my coupe. I really wanna see this work!

i have already installed it on a customers car and works great, just wanting to do some other things with it like 300plus had mentioned with the MAF to MAP conversion. So they are already available.

Please define 'affordable'... or roughly..

Half the price of a PowerFC would be in the $300 - 400 range.

Half the price of an AEM would be in the $800 - 1200 range.

So somewhere between $300 and $1200??

I certainly hope your unit is legit (not that it is not!!!) It just sounds awesome, and would possibly save me some time... Count me as interested.

I did a lot of talking with knightrider4 and it definitely sounds like an awesome option! Cheaper then the others out there and you know the stock ecu can handle the task!

As soon as my T4 goes on... this is the option I'm taking!

How is the software coming along? I think screen shots if it, and as many pictures as possible will do nothing but help the cause!

The boards/ecu are $850 tuned by Best1tuning or Speed Theory for anyone in the Northeast wanting a full tune or $600 for ECU/board with a base map on it with whatever modifications you tell us you have. There is a core charge on the ecu's which will be refunded once we get your in good working order ECU. If you think about the Apexi FC is maybe 100-300 dollars more, but still needs to be tuned which will cost you anywhere from 300-700 bucks depending on street or dyno tune. In essence you are saving around 500-700 dollars for a tuned RB!!! I will have videos up soon. I have been really busy moving into our new Facility, but anyone in the tri-state feel free stop by or check us out. http://www.Speed-Theory.com or Best1tuning.com .

As for software, you can either use the popular ROMedit or Live edit for real time emulation with the use of a supported emulator.
