Hello everyone

I am a proud owner of a 350z coupe 2006, and Im about to be a dad! Was wondering if I can put a child seat in the front passenger seat of my 350z.

Technically you can, but if you get in an accident there is a HUGE risk that the force of the airbag going off can injure or kill your child, for it's safety, please don't.

dont put your baby in the Z.... trade it on a G35. If you go to a dealership that sells infiniti's and/or nissans that has an available G of equal value, explain your dilemma and they may trade straight up if values are close or equal... Maybe trade your 06 Z for an 04-05 G... i could see them working with you, i had one local infiniti dealer wanting to work with me on the same trade but i decided not to (G35x).

The manual states that you can put a forward facing child seat. The problem is that most infant carriers are rear facing, and I would not recommend putting an infant in a Z. Congrats on your little one!

Tecnically most passenger cars require you to be at least 14 years of age to sit shotgun. So if you think about it..for a 350z, or any 2 seater car for that matter.

The 370Z has provisions to put a child seat in the passenger seat. It comes complete with anchor points on the hatch to secure the lanyard.

I guess it is time to get a new Z.
