I'm from Arlington Heights, work downtown. Those potholes are brutal out there! I don't see that many coupes around town. Nice to see coupe owners representing the midwest.

I live in Bridgeport, just got a dark gray 3.5SL a few days ago unfortunately, i was forced into getting a sedan. I want to do some simple mods, but don't know where to start. Nice to know there are other people with great taste in cars around here xD.

oh and anyone know where to get the cheapest tint job around here possible?

Tint looks nice, I would like to get that done. How many times have you been stopped for the tints on the front windows?

I'm not sure what they changed it to, but before they alowed what, like 15% tint in front... they're getting more and more strict.

I was planning just to do a legal tint all around for the sake of it, dont like it that dark anyways

and thanks Kuhan for the address, seen it like $250 everywhere else.

thanks. my gf drove my car one day and got pulled over by a female cop, but she let her go. so got stopped once. i also had my old scion tc tinted 20% in the back and 35% in the front, but never got stopped.

in illinois, absolutely no tint in front windows - that's the law. you can go as limo in the back windows if you want.

I've seen a few cars with head and tail lights tinted (overlaid), but not sure if that's legal.

you can go 35% in the back windows and go 50% in the front windows and you'll be on the safe side

I'm from Skokie, drive out to Palatine for work. So where's the best place to get tints? I haven't done much yet to mine. Still gotta save up some for stuff.

use the yellowpages.com and google.com to find your nearest tint shops. Call for the prices. Usually well-known places charge you more, but they give you better quality and warranty.
