It was awesome, this was my first drift even i went to and i thought it was great. I got Manabu Orido, Alex Phiefer, Benson Hsu, Kazu Hayashida, Sunisa Kim (the model) Daijiro Yoshihara, Ken Gushi, and the other RSR driver, who's name i can't remember (I think it was Shigeki Matsuno), and a free yokohama banner. I thought it was pretty good, those RSR guys were crazy, and the locals were better than i thought, same with the california guys like Benson and the others. Ken Gushi won the event. The track could have been a little better but it was awesome, they said that those RSR guys came into the first turn anywhere between 80-100mph

it was a wonderfull event, and i had a great time, after helping set up the event on saturday night; and talking to Alex P. all night i was stoked. The pro course was hard but fun as **** to drive, i loved those bumps in the middle of the sweeper. Its fun to hop in and out of a bucket seat at like 65 mph. I made it into the top 15 of the comp and spun run during the finals, but i was happy enought to be there. Got to hang out with Benson for a long while, and was glad to hear that he liked my technique and said that i had very few things ot improve upon and that i should start looking for more power. haha

Grip Gambler, good job out there, you were awesome, we should hang out sometime i'd love to check out your car. BTW: was Kazu Hayashida the 350z, or the Silvia driver?

Oh and did anyone notice how the anouncer kept calling the RSR Silvia a 240sx, even though the car was RHD and form Japan?

Kazu drove the 350, the s14 was driven by a Japanese driver that won an event in Japan and his prize was to come to america to drive at RSR. that s14 used to be Kazu's car actually.

RSR was a blast I had alot of fun. At first I was a little afraid of going for the third gear drift. Then it came pretty natural. I was coming into the corner about 65-75 after I got the hang of it then shifting back down to second midway through the drift. I drove the dark blue S13 hatch, if anyone recognized me. I made it past the first round. I had a awsome run the second round. I didn't make the cut, they weren't digging the KA-T. Jesse you kicked ***. Yeah it was a little bumpy. Nick
