Chicago: Cheap Wheels?

Does anyone in the Chicago area have any rims for sale?? I have a 4 lug 240 and i'm preferebly looking for 15s and maybe 16s... Or, can someone recommend a good brand\store that I can go to?? I'm not really concerned about looks, but I hate hubcaps, hehe.. but I don't feel like $100+ a wheel when its not that necessary.

SS: I went to Discount Tire (never heard of it, but good name eh?) and told them I was looking for cheap wheels to replace my stock hubcaps, just something to hold me over, and he kept quoting me for Enkeis and Konigs and other REALLY expensive things... I finally told him, that I just want something nice and cheap, he offered me some unknown brand for $139 a piece, the lowest price he gave me that day... NM THAT!!
