Chicago Auto Show

I went today to the Chicago auto show. I saw the new GTR, 135, M3. The GTR looks so sexy omg. The 135i was locked and on display so I didn't really get to see it. Kinda stupid that they would lock it up. I really wanted to see if I can fit into that car. M3 coupe/sedan was there, and they both looked so nice. I talked to the BMW representative and he invited me to go test drive a 135 in March, so I'll probably do that soon. Oh and the S2000 was looking good as usual. I swear that car feels like it's molded to my body. It has the most perfect seating position I've ever experienced.

Other than that everything else is old and boring . I was really disappointed with the Audo RS4 and the new C300/350 mercedes. They both had ****ty interior (in my opinion!). The new C class is so poorly designed inside. With the driver's seat all the way back and the steering wheel all the way UP, I felt so cramped. I couldn't move my right leg at all because the steering wheel was in the way. The RS4 interior looked so lame. The car looked big, bulky and there was absolutely no rear leg room (Although it was the convertible). The new STI looked better than I expected. The interior was a little cramped. The new Evo X was locked, but just from the exterior I could tell I'd never consider driving it.

After seeing all those cars, I felt really good about Infiniti. Every magazine I read, people bad mouth Infiniti and say it has crappy/cheap interior, I was actually starting to believe it. Seriously though, the new G interior is really good compare to the competition. The C300 interior looked really cheap to me, and the Audi RS4 didn't leave a good impression on me. I was really happy to be back in my G after the show

Well that's my rant of the day. I thought it was a good experience to see what other cars out there have to offer and go back and forth, and I can't say that other than Infiniti/Nissan, Lexus/Toyota, Acura/Honda and BMW I would ever consider buying anything else.

PS: Why does Chicago Auto Show ALWAYS happen on the coldest day of the year?
