yeah, aparently there was a street racing accident that happend last night that ended in one fatality, so now they're "cracking" down on street racing, and I guess the only way on doing that is impounding modified cars. its totally bullsh*t... but what can you do...

is it because of that damn car carsh on the 60 fwy off of rubidoux blvd where those kids were racing one was a toyota and the other i think a bmw,and those kids went to university of riverside?? i heard one girl died.....how sad i seen it on the news

Shoot, I just live minutes away from that scene. Scares me to take out my car even if I barely take it out the garage. Still scares me to think that the day I decide to take it for a spin it'll get taken away =[

I kept my reciept for my clip just incase. The 2 eg's had stolen motors and trannys, they check the vin# on them and found them to be stolen...

they have road blocks and cops at the end checking every car for possible signs like rims, gauges, modified ride hieght, bov sound, etc. If at any time, you bust a u-turn in line, a motorcycle cop comes out and pulls you over.

My 240 got impounded when I was trying to swap my RB26 in. They gave a fix it ticket and said to take it out. Cali is no joke. That's why I moved to Oklahoma.
