I think that my o2 sensor is either in need of cleaning, or replacing. My question is how do you clean an O2 sensor if there is a way?

I think Phase2motortrend sells OEM O2 sensors, but if I'm going to replace the O2 is there a unit that is a better replacement. Such as an high performance O2 sensor?

No such thing as a "high performance" o2 sensor. Just get the OEM one or an OEM replacement and you'll be good to go.

Usually they can't be cleaned. Only real way to know if it's working is to hook up a voltmeter and make sure it's cycling at part-throttle cruise, etc.

I'll repeat, there is no such thing as a high performance o2 sensor. Some may have a bit faster response time or last slightly longer, but that's it...with the stock ECU, it's not going to make a difference.

O2 sensors are all basically the same. They read the amount of air:fuel in the exhaust stream, and output a 0-1volt signal which the ECU reads.
