Checking ignition timing

I recently put new timing chains in my 2005 pathfinder to fix the bad tensioner guides. I thought everything went well but I've been having some check engine lights lately - and the only thing each shares is that it could be incorrect timing. I'm suspicious that my timing is off but I don't have a known good engine to compare with.

I've got my timing light, I can see the timing marks on the harmonic balancer, but it's very unclear to me where the marks should be based on the service manual illustration. Can anyone with a timing light explain to me what it SHOULD look like?
