I bought an aftermarket dipstick, so I'm not sure it correct. Does anybody have the size and where the marks should be? Also Should it be checked warmed up and idling or warmed up and off?

Tranny fluid is always checked warm and running. Aftermarket sticks are not reliable, you need to calibrate it by doing a fluid change using the leveling plug.
