its manual. not sure of the year/# cams i think it has about 150k on it and about 1k on the clutch.
if it has SOHC, im gettin an SR20DETif it has DOHC and good compression, i might just turbo it, else i'll get an SR20DET.
A friend of mine had an s14 with 155k and turboed it. it lasted till 180k when subzero temps leaned him out while runnin 11 psi (stock motor, stock injectors; just an FMU and pump) and it died.
ive done two motor...wait.. 3 motor swaps in the past couple months 2 hondas and 1 volvo. Hope SR20DET isnt much harder. Of course, id get a full front clip
