Ooops!

Almost forgot to mention - Nearly HALF the price of the NISMO units, superior quality and identical gains... See what you can do when you run a fiscally conservative business? :D

We have a couple of active NICO members in BRM.

When I buy a Z or G I will put one on.

I prefer to call Rex (aka Speedoctor) the founder rather than owner.

He pays our bills and founded NICO.

9 hp from 3800-6000 rpms.13 hp / 13 lb/ft @ peak.

Catback was tested seperately and resulted in 9 hp, 10 lb/ft.

Not certain what the combination of the two upgrades would provide[/quote]Wow.... 22+ hp from a 1.5k-/+?? exhaust system...nice!

Whats the cost? for the manifold and the pipes?

Whats Rex do for a living?? I know that this is definately not his main job...

He should come chat with us every once in a while

He is a Medical Doctor running a large Private Practice.

He has made it possbile for us, to operate for our first 3 years w/o sponsors by covering our bandwidth/server costs out of his own pocket.

He comes here and reads every once in a awhile.Sometimes I email him threads of interest (I emailed him the ("show your face" thread)..

No problem - You guys were busy while I was getting some much-needed sleep...

Rex = psychiatrist, has an entire network of behavioral health facilities. Ultra-cool guy, Skyline owner, and a good friend.

Headers = built by our west coast supplier, T-304 stainless steel, 3/8" billet SS flanges, all TIG-welded, uncoated.

Approx. $650, compare THAT to the NISMO price - it's a pretty simple call.

Yes, I'm not that Rex.

Mods- would it be easier to change my SN? I think there's been confusion about this before.

NICE headers :D

No need unless you really wanted to, after all we have several Glen(n) s.

Also the S/N are very different.

I didn't read the whole thread, but I did read the parts about Rex and wanted to share some stuff about him. I got the honor of meeting Nico's father in Indianapolis this year. He flew up to some airport relatively close to Indy and someone went and picked him up. Indeed he is an awesome guy!! He is a genious, if not more. You can talk to him about anything you want and he can carry on a convo for hours it seems. Such a great guy. If I had a 350z or g35c, I wouldn't hesitate to buy such a product from BRM instead of NISMO.

Ben - You're absolutely right.

Rex (Dr. B) is so cool. He's a good family man with a true passion for cars and the people who enjoy them.

I consider him a very close friend. :)

p.s. Good point about buying the BRM over NISMO - Dr. B would be proud!
