I was absolutely mesmorized by the sight. An early 90's Q with the top cut off and a homemade convertable in place. The rear quarters were "flared" up and it had orange trailer locating lights above the tailights-turn signals maybe? You can see the cowl hood and the body work was so bad that even in my haster fumbling for my camera, at 80 mph, I could see huge waves.

Normally you don't see someone with so little talent filled with so much gumption.

Pics soon-you won't believe it.. I'm ashamed that i didn't get more pictures.

Even with pictures, it is still useless.

Great advertisement for the folly of following OEM guidelines.

I'm so ashamed that I didn't get more pics. LOL! As it was I nearly caused a major pile up and then he jumped off the I-20 when I was beside him.

If you think the profile is bad-you should have seen the rear end, it looked like he was trying to echo a Testarossa (sic?).

WTF did he do to the hood... And did he... paint, the piepans, to match the body? <shudder>

Did somebody say Q-Camino???

From the grooveyard of forgotten favorites comes the original! This little freak of nature was up on eBay if I remember correctly.

Although I don't condone what was done, at least this one looks like they put some effort and cash into it...

That white one looks like a very good effort. This red Q is a freaking mess.

This one at least, looks like the guy(s) that did it had some skill and put some work into it. That other fugly thing looks like it came out of the p....s museum of art.

The picture of the red one shows how awful it is. But comparing it to the white camino clone would be like comparing a new M45 to a 90 M30-the red one was THAT bad.

I agree. Although it's quite a tragic end to a Q, it at least makes for an interesting car. The owner of that monstrosity didn't half-*** it.

I guess if there was a Q museum, it would make for an interesting display. I wonder how fast it is, seeing as how a lot of the body was taken out.

Since he took out the rear deck, I wonder how his music sounds.
