So I did my first valve cover since I started powder coating. Sorry for the crappy pics but the cover came out BEAUTIFUL. This one is for a friend of mine up north.

Let me know what ya guys think. I will post better pics tomorrow when I take pics at work.

I used the latest kit from Chicago Electric. I looked into the Eastwood kit and almost got it until I found out, out of all the diy kits the eastwood has the weakest charge about 9kv opposed to mine which has 16kv. Eventually when I start doing more stuff for people I will upgrade to the Caswell adjustable kit which does 35kv to 50kv.

This is a popular color so Im not surprised. This color was done on the first production bike of the Honda GoldWing bike.

depends do you have pics on the covers so I can see what condition they are in?

for valve covers I usually charge $30-$50 depending on how much work and color is needed.

But $80 shipped for the stuff you have should be about right.

Is the coilpack cover metal or that plastic crap like the CA?

As long as its metal and can withstand 400*F than theirs no problem powder coating it.

Im custom making a coilpack cover for mine Im still undecided what color to pick if I should do Candy Orange, Super Mirror Black, Black Wrinkle, or Prismatic Black.
