Looks a lil rusty around the edge back there. HG leak? Is it just the lighting, or is the Cyl. wall blackened? The one I just pulled out had a tiny leak on the other corner back there, at ~200K miles.

Looks typical for a hi mileage KA. If you think that is bad check out the NAPSZ blocks. Coolant passages were worse. Cooling cylinder4 is defenitely a task on a large cast iron like the KA's.
