I found this 240 in the local auto trader. Looks really good, too far outta my league but I thought you guys might like a look. The only glaring flaw is it says "CIL-80" instead of SIL.

"1990 Nissan 240SX, authentic CIL-80, full sheet metal S14 frt end conv, too many mods to list, 300hp, less than 40K on eng, $20K+ inv, $12,000 ser inq only 216-403-7002 Cleveland"

just because he has a nice car, dont mean he knows what he is talking about

CIL-80 ? i thought it was Sil80, and that being a fastback with the S13 Silvia front...

also, S14 front conversion? i only wish the s14 had that front

i was to talking to one of my coworker the other day about how people like to list "to many mods to list" when they only have 3 or 5 things done to it. i guess it's suppose to entice people to buy it.

I think thats been well documented in the past.

Well it IS a S15 Silvia front end, and it IS a fastback even though the ad says coupe. So I guess it would still be a Sil-80. I bet someone who knew alot about 240s built it and sold it to this guy.Maybe someone should call and ask.

You know I was looking at it again, and with that wing and the front end it kindda looks like a Mazda MX6. I donno, just a thought.

How do you do a conversion on a car and not know what kind of conversion it is...should think twice about buying the car...who knows what those "too many mods to list" might be.

think it could have been a typo?

but the spot that he took the pic and the quality makes it hard to see it clearly

I love blurry pics. Seriously. Why bother looking at the car, the pic is so blurry is HAS to be good.
