They didn't say if they manually shifted or not. Plus, with a JWT TCU/ECU combo that time should be improved to somewhere in the range of 6.2-6.7 sec.

According to G-Tech Pro, I'm at 6.3 seconds, and 15.8 in the 1/4.

Methinks the Q needs breaking in.

And again, it needs a JWT ECU/TCU combo ;)

Is there a website that might have copies of articles on the FY33 model? I have searched Google but haven't come up with anything from Road and Track, Car and Driver, or other major car magazines, aside from one very short used car review in Motor Trend. Thanks for any information.

True, true.

Actually just the ECU - no need for the TCU on post-92's.

Someday I'll find one at an appropriate price. :)

Email me (PM is castrated) and I'll send you a couple of doc files with some descriptions.

You got to realize, no one liked this car when it was current. The Lexus 400 LS was king. The Y33 was considered the ugly duckling.

Brian,

Could you send those over to me too and I could roll them into an article? :)
