1 is that your car needs lowering!

but the second thing is more serious, those tire profiles are far too low for the 240sx (imo anyhow) what sizes are you running? (wheels and tires)

i think the tire size is fine on those. needs to get lowered. and it doesnt look like the offset is too hot.

but still a nice lookin rim
