Check Engine P0011 & P0012

2010 M35X - I have had my Check Engine lamp coming on since March and the test results are P0011 & P0012. When having an oil change, the lamp goes out for 900 miles and them back on until the nest oil change. Taking it to the Infiniti dealer for a diagnostic, this is what I was given. Does anyone have any experience to share with me?
Front Cover, Vacuum Pump & Fitting
The front timing cover, has gaskets on it that are not available separately. The gaskets are leaking internally and not allowing the engine to pressureize properly. The cover and other gaskets (6 related parts) are about $600.00 and about 22 hours of labor.

I think most here have the older M35x and I haven't read any issues like your.
