this has happened to me twice within 6 months now. i will go get gas and let it set for a day (fill up sat. sit sun.) and the next day, sometime the check engine light will come on. both times it was the engine knock sensor code, and on the second one, i got a coolant system code, and my mechanic doesnt understand why because there is nothing wrong with the car, and i planned on doing a system flush this spring anyway.

can anyone tell me if it is very hard to do an auto to manual tranny swap on these cars (96 max se)

does anyone have any good choice for performance parts. mainly turbo, but exhaust and cold air etc. . .

my friend started a trani swap in his 97.... so far he only has pulled the old trani out of the donor car and hasnt done nething to his yet... if you are familiar with your car its not that bad...but there are a few pita things about it. check the maxima.org forum...theres a good write up somewhere.
