Check Engine Light

A couple of months ago my CEL came on and the diagnosis was the 1st O2 Sensor. I went to nissan paid $90 for the O2 sensor and put it on, reset the ECU and the Light is still on. My gas Mileage is terrible and my 3rd gear is noticeably slower than 1st and 2nd.(donno if that might be one of the problems due to the CEL). Plz let me know what u think.

Are you sure its the same code?

well i went to the machanic yesterday and he then told me that it's the speed sensor and he turned off the CEL and said that it will turn back on will im driving. so far it hasn't turned on. hopefully the problems fixed
