check engine light

hello folks.i'm from cypress,ca.i have 1991 240sx & the issue is check engine light is on.i tried to check the ecu code & went to autozone & check my oxygen sensor & the guy said o2 sensor is ok.sometimes the CEL is on sometimes its off.now fellas who has OBD1 who lives around orange county or LA county & let me borrow your kit.im willing to drive where ever you are,i just need this to be fix.one more thing once in a while my car wont start & i have to jump my battery.my battery is new.And last anybody here who knows where can i get a good price for body paint coz my car need a new paint.please i need your help fellas.
