Check Engine Light no working

I was driving one day, and all of a sudden the temp gauge, speedometer, and all the warning lights stopped working. I put the key on the on position, and no lights turn on, the check engine light doesn't turn on either?...what could have happened?

i just saw a 00 maxima that had the same problem. to fix the problem i remove the insturment cluster and disconnect the 3 connectors and spray some contack oil on the connectors, and connect all the connectors and the insturment cluster started working. let me know if this works. also check if you have a good main ground.

Does the dome light come on?

More than likely a fuse.
