Check Engine Light is flashing all the time

J30 1993 Model.

I have the Check engine light flashing all the time and got checked up with two mechanics but they could not clear it. Can you please suggest me what might be the problem. Should i take it to the delar and get it fixed.

First step is to get the error code.your 93 is without odb2

In a lot of vehicles, a flashing check engine usually means a lot of fuel is dumping into the catalytic converter. This is, I think, the only time a flashing code is ever thrown on any vehicle.
