Check Engine Light code: 32, 33 and 11

I have a on and off CEL. It'll come on for 10-15 mins. while driving and then goes off. I pull code 11 (Camshaft Position Sensor), 32 (EGR Malfunction (California Models) and code 33 (Front O2 Sensor).

Anyways I was wandering where the Camshaft Positon Sensor is? And what is the EGR Malfunction? Anybody know, or can point me to the right directions?

The EGR prolly means your EGR valve is faulty, front O2 sensor.... I'm sure you can figure that out.

Yeah I know what that is. Okay, I think I kinda figure out what the EGR is. And the Camshaft Position Sensor is located in the distributer correct?
