Hello, I have had these codes before in fact last October. So, I am getting them again

They are Lost communication withh active grill shutters (this one is new)

And the others are related to the Upstream and Downstream sensors.

I just replaced these sensors yesterday and I have a Blue Driver to turn off the codes. However, they are coming back on. I have not done anything about the grille shutter because I did not even know I had active grill shutters.

Any one have an idea how I may get my engine light to go off and stay off?
