I am getting the following codes:

P1400 (Differential Pressure Feedback EGR Circuit Low Input).

P0443 (Evaporative Emission System Purge Control Valve Circuit).

Can anyone please tell me what is wrong with my car and what parts I need to buy in order to fix this?

I'm not sure if this will help or not... But I have been getting really bad MPG recently... Could these codes be part of the problem? My car is eating too much gas lately... ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

I used this thing to get my codes:

Both of those items are related to the emmisions conrtol system which when malfunctioning can cause many problems including low mpg. The first one refers to the egr valve and the most common problem with them seem to be getting clogged with carbon so I would first check the operation of the egr and clean or replace if necessary. The second code I am not sure about but it sounds like it could be caused by the egr issue so check that first. I don't have a pic but the egr is on your intake manifold near the firewall and looks like a little ufo??? do a google image search if your not sure.

the egr code could also be the control solenoid that cyles vacuum to the egr valve. the purge valve is part of the evap system not egr. i would replace the purge valve to correct that code.

I did that before. The "Check Engine" light went away for like 2 days and came back on again. This is really starting to piss me off... I can't figure out whats wrong with my car... When I take it to a mechanic, he says that even after he fixes those things the light could still come back on... And on top of that he says its going to cost around $900
