i know and think its the Intake Air temperature sensor.I have a 95 se kas4de.Thats what it said and now i need to know where its located and is that a bad thing.Better to have or not? ANy one

The sensor is for OBD diagnostic purposes only It serves no drivability purpose unless the coolant temp sensor fails. Then it nust give the ECM a value only for initial start up. So it has a general idea what the temp of the engine is for proper crank up air/fuel mixture.

Oh yea its located in the air box or the tube leading to it. [before the filter]
