check engin light

Hi I have a 1995 nissan altims with the check engine light on, I take it to Auto zone for a diagnostic check and rec three troubleshooting code, p1605 / p1400 and p0325, can anyone tell me what kind of sensor and what part of the engine they located? Thanks.
