I just bought a 95 j30 with 111,000 miles, it runs and looks as if brand new, I do have a problem though. When I crank the car the check A/T light flashes for 8 seconds then go out. I check the manual, it says take car to dealership immediately.

Can someone let me know what the most common problems could be, before I have to take it to a dealership to get ripped.
