Check AT Light & AIRBAG lights go on at startup

J30t, 1997

The Check AT Light and the AIRBAG lights went on at startup, only lasted about 3 seconds. I just bought this used and dont have the owner's manual.

Is this bad or just ignore it unless the light stays on? I have no maintenance records for the car, and the AT works fine.

That is normal. If it stays on permanently, then there is an issue. It does the same on my J30T.
