AFC's are so straight foward if you have a wideband and ESPECIALLY if you have datalogging. What are your means of observing AFR's? Don't pay anyone to tune a AFC. You pay professionals to tune beyond capacities of mere piggybacks like AFC so it's a waste of money. Is there something holding you back from tuning it yourself? Road tunes are fine with AFC....

+1 what craving4boost said.

you need to use that money and buy a wideband..........hell even if it doesn't datalog, you can still make urself a decent tune on the road. just drive the car and have a passenger yelling out the a/f's at certain rpms. i started out doing that first since i didn't have a wideband at first and was strapped for cash. you will have to 20-30 runs up and down a "safe" road so just know it's not gonna be as quick as you think. just start off tuning for each rpm increment that your safc can adjust for and just start doing that from 1st gear and move on to the next gear. also remember to retard your base timing seeing as how you don't have anything controlling that.

well if they know about the KA engine, then they should know how to retard the timing. if not, you can simply do it yourself. just by a timing light and follow the directions in one of the sticky's. if you can't find the info, let me know and i'll look it up.

as for the little time statement, just remember that rushing things will always increase the chance of more error. if you are going to go the dyno tune route, make sure u get the most of out of your money. tell em u want it tuned for in boost and out of boost for each gear. hell, i'd make em also give you a completely separate tune also for the highway so that you can get more mileage while still being safe if you wanted to go into boost. i am assuming the afc neo should be at least comparable to the SAFC II so that means it can hold 2 separate tunes for all the rpm points.
