Well, I see everybody saying you can get a Silvia front end for 600 or 700 dollars now... well, im not seeing it. Venus Auto is out of stock... any other sites Im missing? Checked ebay, and everything there is 1000+ dollars. Kinda ridiculous. I really wouldnt mind getting carbon fiber instead of metal, but I would prefer either OEM, or the OEM K's double vented aero bumper. I wont be putting side skirts and rear bumper on my car for a while, so this is not a option at the moment if the Bumper is lower than the sideskirts and bumper. I wish I could get off paying 1000 shipped for a nice one, or even 800 shipped. Thanks.

Unless your going to slowly peice together a set waiting for deals, your not going to get if much cheaper than 1000. Mine with a factory aero bumper was 1100.

usually on ebay its about 900-1k +shipping, you wont pull that off unless you're local then theyll charge you tax. same !@#$. dont think about aero bumper for 800shipped lol. aero is for ballers, that bumper alone is atleast 350-700 dollars depending on condition, cf hood lol. the cf ull be getting is the low quality cf that unweaves and melts.

if u got 8bills only you should buy part by part. sometimes you can get lucky. one time i found a s13 k's bumper with turning signals for about 110shipped. depending sometimes headlights, grill, corner lights are all sold together on ebay for pretty cheap too. you could actually pull it off buying it like that and checking the classified forums also.

the more you want the higher the cost also. if you want the r32 style grill, triple projectors and half clear/amber itll cost you more too. but recently more people started liking the square headlights so those are getting expensive.

if you're strapped for cash, i would just fix the headlight and then save your money instead of dropping a grand when you really can't afford it.

If you want the best deals, you need hookups. Namely people who live near Japanese or australian junkyards.

Im not in a bind for cash, I have plenty to spend what I need on it, but I also dont want to end up overpaying... thats just silly... that money can go into something else.

I think the whole topic is silly. I got my conversion only because my car was in a accident that damaged all the fenders and hood and i had an excuse to get it.

Its really cheap to find stock panels and extra money could be put into suspension, where the car needs it...

If you have the money buy a complete set from a store. Like I said, I got a complete set with the factory aero bumper with stock plastic grills and jdm bumper support for $1100 shipped. Best thing to do is call around until you find something that suits your needs. Look and you will find : )

I pieced one together for about 650ish shipped. The only thing I had to pick up was a hood. I got lucky and everything was black. Every piece does need a repaint too.

Like you really want to keep the factory paint anyway. Get some really crappy spray paint and make it your masterpiece.

Firstly... again, Im not going cheap... Im simply trying to get the best value for my buck... I am getting it painted nicely after I put it on, but I'll be doing all the bodywork myself.

Im currently considering the Raceonusa option... Carbon fiber hood, MSport fenders, and Aero bumper.

hey... all i gotta say is be careful with raceonusa, the reason they are so cheap is because of the poor quality.

But you said you are doing the bodywork yourself, so if you know how to work with friberglass, you could get it and lay an extra layer or two of fiberglas if it's really thin and flimsy.

Good luck to ya whatever U decide. BTW, a company called Jarco Inc. is selling a S13 conversion on eBay right now, it goes off in a few days - and they personally import everything from japan.http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...47565

I've personally dealt with them before on a Celica project I did back in the day, and my friend got an RB25 from them for his hatch.
