Cheapest place to get Luminics Bulbs ?

I have the 6000K McCulloch HID for the lows, but I want to get something for the Fogs and Highs. I was thinking about get the Luminics JDM 2500K Yellows and Titanium White bulbs, both in H9's. You can modify a H9 to fit a H11 socket and it will give you more lumens and 10 watts more. Anyone know of a discount code or cheap place to get these. The cheapest I think I have seen was like $30 for the yellows and like $40 for the Titaniums.
