Where can I go to get the cheapest intake for my 2.5? I found the Fujita on ebay for $170 but i really want a black Injen. All the Injen intakes I found are $230 plus. Is there anywhere cheaper?

Why don't you just get the one you mentioned, scuff it up wit some good sandpaper and shoot a coat of paint on it. Rustoleum is really good paint and it self levels out. just don't shoot too much on one area or it'll run. Honestly, this works, I know a couple of people who have done it and it still shiny and holding up! Just a thought....

Why not the chrome INJEN? I think it dresses up the motor nicely and adds another dimension to the already black engine bay. Just my opinion.

Now doesn't mine look nice?

Any "polished aluminum" parts i had under my hood, would get hazy and start to get ugly.

+1 for the black version. Thats what i'll be going for when i'm ready

Just have to wipe it down every so often. And if it starts hazing, good ol' Twinkle will bring the shine back to "bling bling" status again

And if all else fails, you could always just paint it to whatever color desired.

i really don't like how Nissan covered up everything with the black plastic. I wanted to put some LED in the engine bay but if everything is black plastic, it won't shine hehe

My thoughts exactly. That's why a little shine here and there will do the engine good. Definitely the intake, strut-tower brace, oil and radiator caps, and maybe a Stillen battery tie-down should add some life to the dull engine bay.
