Cheapest insurance in NJ?

My S14 has been sitting in storage since last summer and now that summer's rolling around again I wanna get some insurance on it so i can cruise around my town. I've had like 2 accidents and a speeding ticket, and other misc. tickets, but i took a driving course after all that to get rid of the points. Im also 21. because of all all those factors my insurance on my parents plan was like 250 a month most recently. and i have a feeling thats really expensive.

I'm looking for the CHEAPEST most basic insurance. I think NJ law says you only need coverage to cover someone else's car if you hit them.

which companys should i start looking at and getting quotes from?

Thanks for the reply, I will check them out. Someone told me that "Cure" auto insurance is made specifically for NJ and PA drivers. Anybody know anything about Cure?
