Any of you guys know where I can find the cheapest turbo KIT? Preferrably HKS, APEX, or GREDDY? Thanks.

i assume your talking about for the ka. cheapest is greddy. use the search function, and search in the kat section. thread is called " whoa greddy kit finally out". link for the cheapest place to get the kit is in there. i wouldnt just buy it tho, do some research for what you want. the kat section is full of info. if you can, go custom turbo. greddy kit sucks a$$ and the other kits are overpriced.

cheap wasnt a good word for it, and he didnt use it. he said cheapest. cheap would be a custom turbo setup for $2000 or so, that will put down the same power as a stage 2 nsport for $5795.

I start designing a kit for the S13 in Dec, then I do the S14 right after that. Base kits start out at $2700. That includes everything you need. I'll have wide range of kits and accesories to support KA's into the 800hp range. But as for turbo kits available right this second, Nsport and Greddy would be my picks.

Like said above, you should drop into the KADET section, we have alot more info there.

Still in Japan bro, nothing but RB's and SR's over here...lol. Thats why I haven't started distributing my kits for the KA yet. I plan on 400whp from the stock KA and high 600's to low 700's on the built KA. Should be pretty fun...

I'd do your searching around for what people have already done, like the guys from UnstableHybrids of Heavy Throttle that have done KAs. It's not something you want to make claims on until you actually have things done. Market shows that to make a reliable, gaurenteeable, priceable, sellable, stockable, buyable, you'll pay around $3500 for the capability to make around 225 RELIABLE rwhp. Some can do more or less from things they piece together, but if you want to buy or sell an actual kit the market seems to have determined that it's right there. When you go much higher you price yourself out of any real market. Magic turbo kits for $3000 that make 400 rwhp just don't exist, at least not for any kind of daily driver who wants a minimum of maintenance and hassle. If you want a KIT, it's likely you want around 250 rwhp, reliable on pump gas only, installable without internal engine modification, with relatively good fuel efficiency, perhaps even emissions passable. If so, NSPORT or GREDDY are the way to go, period.

Actually, for just over $3000 I bet I could do it. In fact I know I could. But that would be using my own kit, which I get ay cost...lol. Which leaves a little left over for fuel and ignition.

Greddy's new kit goes for $2800. Greddy is very reputable. If I were you though, I'd educate myself about turbo kits and build my own. That would be the cheapest way.
