cheap tcc works bov

well i have come to belive that my bov is not working, it's a tcc works stage 2 or 3 it's on ebay and it's blue. any how my car runs good and seems to have good power but in steed of the swoosh sound it's more like a , che che che che sound like compressor surge. am i going to have to but a new bov or can i make this one work. some how is it possible to cut the spring.



i think the spring is to hard for 6psi, i know that the vacume plus the boost pressure in the pipes opens the bov but if the spring is to hard then the pressure will not be able to open the bov.

Where's your vacuum source for it?

off the fpr,well i did some more reading and read that you can cut the spring but it might cause vacumme leak, well now i know for sure that it works because when i open the hood i can see it movewhen i rev the motor, the only problem now is my vacumme went from 21-22 to 16-18, am going to have to add washers to keep the bov fully closed. might i add that the sound did not change it just got louder.

it some what makes sence that it sounds like that because that bov lets air out of 4 holes and my bov is in the hot pipe.
