theres a place about an hour away from me that has sr20 motor sets for $2200, do you guys think its a good deal, they say its complete, ecu,piping, uncut harness, etc., and i can go there and check them out. so...

Im up here in WA and I could probably find a front clip for an S13 SR20DET for just a little more money than that. Most "motorsets" are overglorified, they are usually an engine, transmission, cut harness, and ECU (sometimes the wrong one). It depends on the dealer of course.

I happen to know for a fact that RSimports and DDX have plenty of S13 front clips in stock, one is located in Bremerton and one in Bellingham.
$2200 is ok I guess if you take a look at it first and confirm EVERYTHING you need is there. I think Foreign Engines up in Lynnwood sells "complete swaps" that turn out to be missing stuff and with cut harness's.
