With the vast variance in valve seat depth and valve length. The shims for solid lifters will always be done on a valve-by-valve basis.
I ordered shims for mine from a place in Melbourne Australia called 'Precision Shims'. They have good online communications and accurate product. Although the required shim measurement is only as good as the guy using feeler gauges to measure the shim required. Before you start, you'll need a set of 8 or preferably 16 reference shims. When you order the final shims, you state a thickness that is equal the reference shim + gap. Every valve needs to be measured with cams and reference shims in. Also need the timing belt correctly installed if you attempt to do this with the head still on the engine.
Damn Tomei supply 12 only reference shims (@ 2.3mm thick)... If they supplied 16 ..you could do both cams at a time. But with only 12 ..you have to do each cam separately.

ps. if you are doing this with head attached to block like I did, buy some Dencorub for your sore back once you've finished measuring up these suckers. I couldn't walk the next day.
