Cheap Skyline's?

Hi I'm new here, I live in Ireland, but have family in texas, and I'm looking at bringing sklyines over there. They come straight from japan to Ireland and are cheaper than your wildest dreams, without giving too much detail, I'd be able to offer a fully loaded gtr 34 for about $45K and a gtr 33 in good condition for close to $30K. The issue is legality.

If I brought just the car "as is", no registration or modifications etc, would people buy them and do the necessary work themselves? Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated

maybe for Track cars, but I'm not sure... the only way to find out is to test the market with 1 or 2 cars and check it out.
