Hello everyone,

I know someone who have been making racing clutches for 300z and now want to start making them for our beloved 240's.

These are special made clutches so let me know who would be interested and we can set up some kind of group buy or something. here is what they have...

Stage Foot Lbs of Torque Price Comments1 267 $289 2 267 $369 This disc has a steel backing upgrade over the stage 1 kit3 340 $314 6 puck rigid disc3 340 $334 6 puck spring disc4 400 $464

these are the prices as of right now. He said that once we know how many people are interested, he will give a discounted price on these.. to be honest with you, I don't know how they feel or hold up but I know the person who is making these and he would not screw people over...

post up if you are interested in these...

brand new BilletAluminum flywheels for the 240SX. They weight approx.8.5 lbs and the cost is $375 each.

I just replaced my clutch like two weeks ago. When that goes or I get a lil hp out of my engine, I'd be interested.

8.5 lb flyhweel, eh? all other aftermarket flywheels ive seen weigh in at about 11 to 11.5 lbs. whats the general rule for weight reduction = hp gain? isnt it like 1 lb reduced rotating mass = 1 hp? or more?

but sorry i'm not in the market for either of these right now. good luck.

i might be intersted if u can get a decent deal. i will be adding a turbo kit by the end of this year(still deciding if i should wait for WD's kit) and ill need a new clutch to handle the power. im also interested in that flywheel, only 8.5 lbs.?? thats really light. if u cant get a group buy or sumthin going i might as well wait a few more months and watch for any deals that come by.

8.5 lbs. is too light of a flywheel for the KA IMHO.

depends on the driver, really. the lighter the flywheel, the quicker the engine tends to rev up, and consequently rev down. i prefer the revs to be somewhat more predictable and "fool-proof" in a way.
