There is no cheap power mods for natural aspirated cars. A pair of Short Ram Intakes would add 10-12hp at most.

Pick your poison, intakes or exhaust components? Full catback is probably <10hp and as Mike stated the intakes are in the 10-12hp range with some claiming more. 300 won't get you a full catback tho and will severely hamper getting intakes on your car as the HR motor has dual TB's, thus, two intakes are needed.

i heard this works great.
1. saves fuel.
2. opens the rev limiter
3. refreshes the blinker fluid
4. by-passes the throttlometer resister that your year/model came with.

sorry homie, no such things as "cheap mods". but also remember sometimes mods that modify the air/fuel ratio & exhaust require tuning. so add that to the list. uprev is worth it all the way.

That works as well as these magnets wrapped around your fuel line

"The Tri-Phase is our flagship module, providing maximum power gains up to 20 horsepower and 15 lb/ft of torque, as well as improvements in shift speed and throttle response. This module features multiple settings for normal driving, racing, and of course, an off setting for emissions testing. The Tri-Phase is an extremely versatile module that allows the user to customize it to their preferences or situation requirements. Installation is fast and simple, and the Tri-Phase is hand-built to the same high quality standards as it's counterparts. All Tri-Phase modules now also include an 8-foot In-Cabin wiring harness (not pictured) for even greater versatility"
