I have heard from many many places that the SSAC top mount is crap, and that the bottom-mount isn't much better, and I don't have the means to make a log manifold, so is it possible to use a stock SR manifold? CA? Also I heard somewhere that a Ford Probe turbo manifold would work?

are you on a SERIOUS budget or something? there are pleanty of manifolds readily available for the 240sx. Also, which motor is it, KA24E or KA24DE, because there is a difference.

KA24E- o o o o (staggered)

KA24DE- o o o o (equi-spaced)

I agree. JGS is probably the cheapest relaible solution. If you dont have the means to weld it yourself, I beleive they can weld it for you, or just take it to an exhaust shop or something, itll probably run about $50
