Wanted you to know, the Volvo 850 fuel filter is a bolt to our cars, just open up the clamp a bit more.

*Bigger, will store more dirt and bigger filter area.*Better flow, better internal design.

This filter is tested up to 400 hp without problems but can probably handle more.

The best thing is the price, in many cases cheaper than Nissan filter.

Guys, I know the 300 filter works but wanted to give you another option. The Volvo filter is twice as big as the Z32 filter.

Sorry.

Twice as big? Jesus Christ. Is it the size of a coffee can?

Is their any data like flow charts? Has it been tested against other filters.

Sometimes bigger filter area leads to less flow.

I see them for around $23 while the 300zx go anywhere from $4-$12 thats including OEM prices.

I'd really like to see what materials are used inside and compare them.

heh, I'd hate to have to get a new fuel filter bracket. The Z32 one barely fits into the stock S13 bracket, its so much bigger around. And by fits I mean it goes from being almost fully enclosed by the bracket to barely more than 50% .. friction is the only thing holding it in since the clamp wants to be half that size :D

well from looking at the pictures it seems like the Volvo filter is the same diameter its just taller its like putting 2 300zx filter in conjunction with each other.
